How to Decorate Your Breakfast Cereal

Do you usually find yourself pouring cereal with milk, and just having that as your breakfast? Well, it's certainly better than having sausage and biscuits.
However, if you're just having cheerios and milk, you're missing out on all the healthy ingredients you could be adding to your cereal:
- blueberries
- strawberry slices
- raspberries
- almonds
- walnuts
- apple slices
- banana slices

In the example above, I added walnuts, almonds, banana and apple slices. This combination provides a very healthy and energetic way to start the day.
Note: Whether you have cheerios or shredded wheat, always make sure your cereal is 100% whole grain.
