When Life Hands You Oranges


The orange juicer is a nifty little tool that you should get if you don't already have one.



One like this model costs only about $15 at your local Rite-Aid store, and within a few minutes you can be drinking fresh orange juice. There's even a lever that filters the pulp, if that's what you prefer.

Fresh orange juice has many benefits and makes a great drink for breakfast. Here are just a few of the many benefits to drinking fresh orange juice:

Antioxidants, Vitamin C, Anti-inflammation, and lower cholesterol. Orange juice also has Folate, which is good for cell reproduction.

It would be a great habit to juice oranges on a regular basis, instead of drinking soda, for example.
