Mr. Healthy's Power Juice #1

  • Carrots

  • Tomato

  • Apple

  • Orange

  • Grapes

  • Cucumber

  • Spinach

  • Celery

First of all, I have to let you know that this recipe was not created for flavor alone. As you can see, I chose numerous fruits and vegetables and mixed them all together to get as many nutrients as I could into one drink.

That's not to say that you can't add other vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, or anything else you can get your hands on. The fruits and vegetables you see above are simply the ones I happen to juice on a regular basis.

You can mix the juices together or drink them separately; it makes no difference. Just make sure that you drink the juice the moment it's made, otherwise the nutrients will be lost as it's exposed to oxygen. If you've ever seen a brown apple, you know what I'm talking about.

If you really want to save some juice for later, make sure you fill it to the brim and put plastic wrap on top, so no oxygen gets to your juice.

For more info, be sure to check out the benefits of juicing.
